The WiFi worked better than I thought it would. I was able to stream and get some work done for most of the ride, which was a nice surprise. It did have a few moments where it slowed down or felt a little spotty, so I wouldn’t say it was flawless, but overall it got the job done.

The AC definitely worked, but wow, it got chilly about halfway through the ride!!! I was glad it wasn’t hot, but I kinda wished I’d brought a jacket!!!

Had to cancel my trip last minute, which wasn’t ideal, but the actual cancellation on the site was simple enough. That part was fine. The refund was where it got a bit frustrating. It did eventually show up back on my card, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I ended up having to reach out once just to see what was going on. Customer service did reply, just not exactly quickly. So yeah, not a horrible experience, but not something I’d call great either. 3 stars seems about right.

The trip itself was fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the communication was a bit frustrating. I did get some updates, just not always early enough to actually plan around delays or changes. It would’ve been a lot better if the texts or emails were clearer and more consistent. Not a terrible experience, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to stay on schedule...

I took OurBus last weekend and had a good experience. The ride felt safe the whole time, and the driver wasn’t speeding or making any sudden moves, which I really appreciated. The bus was clean and seemed to be in good shape too. I usually get a little nervous on longer rides, but this one was calm and easy. I’d definitely ride with them again

I took OurBus last weekend it was good, good. The bus was clean enough, no weird smells or anything, and the seats looked fine. The bathroom could definitely be a bit better, but overall it was a smooth ride and I’d use it again.

I had a small issue with my booking and reached out to support. They got back to me faster than I thought they would, and while it wasn’t totally perfect, they helped me sort it out without too much hassle

I tried to pay a couple of times and it kept throwing an error even though my card worked totally fine everywhere else, so I was just sitting there refreshing and retrying and wondering what the issue was, which got frustrating fast.

I’ve used OurBus a few times now, and my experience has been mixed. One trip left right on schedule, which was great, but another was about 25 minutes late and there wasn’t much communication about what was going on. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but I did expect clearer updates if there was a delay. The bus got me to my destination safely, so I appreciate that, but overall it felt just okay, not bad, but not really as smooth as I’d hoped.

I’ve used OurBus a few times now, the route options are a big reason I keep checking it first whenever I’m planning a trip.

They actually cover some smaller towns that other bus sites seem to ignore, which I really appreciate. It feels only fair that people who aren’t traveling straight into a major city should still have decent options. I’ve been able to plan weekend visits without dealing with three different transfers, which is such a relief.
Not every departure time has been perfect, but the coverage is genuinely useful and easy to work with. Overall, I’m happy with it and think they’re doing a good job serving places that often get overlooked

I booked it mainly because the price was good, and I figured there was no point paying more if all I needed was to get from one place to another. It got me there just fine, so I can’t really complain

I was relieved the bus had a restroom, especially since it was a longer ride and I didn’t want to take the chance of being stuck without one. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it worked when I needed it. I’m giving 4 stars because it could’ve been a little cleaner, but overall I was glad it was there

Pickup was close by and the dropoff was nearby too, so it was definitely convenient for me. That part was easy enough. Still, after the experience, I’m not sure I’d fully trust it next time without double-checking everything first...

Took OurBus last weekend the seat was better than I expected, which was a nice little shock. There was enough leg room for me, and the cushion didn’t feel like a punishment after a few hours, so credit where it’s due. Would it have killed them to make it recline a bit more? Probably not. But overall, I was actually comfortable the whole ride.

The service was okay overall, but the schedule feels a bit limited!! I really wish there were more bus times throughout the day, especially on weekends when it’s harder to plan around the few options available

Boarding was confusing, and they were really slow with the bags. The staff didn’t explain much either, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time

Took OurBus last weekend. The outlet at my seat actually worked. Charged my phone and laptop fine. Made the long ride easier. Would ride again.

well... I’ve used OurBus a few times now, and the partner bus companies have been consistent overall. The buses usually showed up close to the scheduled time, and the drivers seemed familiar with the route.
It hasn’t been perfect — one bus was a bit older, and the pickup spot was a little confusing — but nothing that really ruined the trip. Overall, it’s been reliable enough that I’d use it again

The bus wasn’t packed, which made a big difference, there were a few empty seats and everyone had enough room without feeling cramped. Boarding was simple, and there was space for bags too. Compared to other buses I’ve taken that feel way too crowded, this was a much better experience. I’d definitely ride with them again
