"Nice ride"
Nice ride, but there was no free water bottles. I enjoyed the $15 credit at Resorts Casino in Atlantic city. The bus was on time and clean. Since its the middle of the week it was not crowded.

The driver arrived early and we were able to get on the bus quickly and left earlier than expected. The sign for the stop was knocked over so it was a little confusing but the stop location was accurate enough to find the boarding location.

My name is James Bradbury, and on May 5th, my family and I purchased tickets with your company for a trip from Toronto to New York with a return date of May 8th. Unfortunately, we had an extremely poor experience and were denied access to the bus, despite having all of our papers and passports in order. The bus driver claimed that he did not want to take unvaccinated passengers on board.
We explained to the driver that my 11-year-old nephew, my wife, and I were all medically exempt and had authorized permission from the American border to cross because of this exemption. We pleaded with the driver to let us on as we were traveling to my Grampa's funeral in New York, but he refused. The driver then proceeded to lie, claiming that we would receive a five-year ban from trying to cross the border, be put in jail, and that he would receive a $5,000 ticket. All of which I confirmed was false.
We contacted Ourbus customer support, but the bus driver refused to talk to them and drove off. We spoke to customer support and they confirmed our exemption and tried to contact the bus driver for more than 30 minutes. Despite this, the bus driver still refused to pick us up even when customer support was telling him to do so. Eventually, customer support suggested that I drive from Toronto to Buffalo Airport so that I could get on the connecting bus from there. We drove for 2 hours and 30 minutes to the airport, and the border guards let us through without any problems.
When we arrived at the airport, we met the same bus driver from Toronto who had denied us access earlier. He immediately accused us of lying to the border guards and threatened to report us on his way back. I tried to explain the situation to him, but he was not interested and walked away. This situation caused extreme stress and worry for my heavily pregnant wife and 11-year-old nephew.
The transfer bus accepted us on board after talking to customer support, and we made it to the funeral. On our return trip, we transferred onto the same bus to cross back into Canada, and the same driver was driving. He made it clear that my family and I were not welcome on board and singled us out in front of the other passengers. He also made an announcement over the PA system, telling everyone that we were unvaccinated and a danger to everyone.
When we got to the Peace Bridge border crossing, he told my family before departing for customs that he was going ahead of us and that we had better not lie about our vaccination status, as he would be reporting us and we should expect to be arrested. However, we were let across the border with no problems or questions about our vaccination status. The last incident was when he forced us off the bus prematurely in Mississauga, Ontario, without any explanation.
Due to the costs incurred by my family for having to drive a long distance and the great deal of stress we were put through, we are requesting a full refund, not a credit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
